An Example Of How a Concerned Community Took Control And Successfully ReBuilt Their Homes
Welcome to the newly re-built MTCC1400
This lovely 168-unit stacked townhouse community is nestled between Liberty Village proper (one block south) and King Street (one block north).  It was one of the first corporations built in this neighbourhood, back in 2001. 
We are steps from the King Street streetcar, with a much-loved splash pad water feature at Massey Harris Park across the street, and access to the lakeshore/park/bike network eight minutes away. 
The City of Toronto has invested heavily in this neighbourhood with the installation of The Bentway below the Gardiner expressway, Garrison Park and its connecting bridge.  The newly installed Douro street bridge, complete with elevator, gives residents in this community quick access to Liberty Village main shopping in matter of minutes.
Other exciting upgrades to the neighbourhood also include a planned overhaul by all levels of government to Exhibition Stadium and Ontario Place. 
The corporation, together with new and dedicated Engineering and Property Management companies, set out in 2019 to address some significant building envelope concerns, including a failed roofing project. 
Five major capital projects and approximately a nine million dollar investment later, this complex has undergone major exterior upgrades including:

There is Kitec plumbing both in the common elements and in this unit.  To this date there have been no reported Kitec ruptures by any owner or in the corporation common elements. 
Once all our projects are completed in 2022, the condo corporation will have made major capital upgrades to the building envelope with state-of-the-art products and anticipates these upgrades will last for many years to come.
